A working proposalPrepared for Kris D'Sha · September 2026

Two starring credits streaming now. And the site at your own name is still a starter template.

This is a working proposal, not a brochure. You already own krisdsha.com. It still reads like a placeholder. Here is exactly what we'd do about that.

I

What we found

First — why this page exists

We're a Dallas studio that builds visibility infrastructure for working talent. You have a lead and a featured starring credit streaming free on Tubi right now, and a domain in your stage name that never got past the starter page. Instead of a cold note that says "we build websites," we did the workup we'd do for a paying client and put it here. Everything on this page is from public credits and the live state of your own domain. If a detail is wrong, tell us and we fix it at the source.

Your recent run is real. You are first-billed as Jasmine, the lead, in Psycho Roommate (2024, dir. Brian Mills), streaming on Tubi. You are one of the four names IMDb lists as Stars on The Laundry Room Stalker (2025, dir. Quincy J. Trent) as Sabrina — also on Tubi now. Around that: a steady independent-film ledger across 2021–2024. Search your name today and you land on directories and platform bios before anything that looks like a home you control.

You already claimed the address. You just never moved in. krisdsha.com resolves. What loads is a generic starter splash — no acting credits, no reel, no one-sheet a casting office can bookmark.

krisdsha.com  →  LIVE, unbuilt starter template
A page that names Psycho Roommate + The Laundry Room Stalker  →  does not exist yet
A casting-office bookmark  →  still a directory hit

That is a fixable gap: one canonical page on the domain you already own, marked up so search cites you, with the starring ledger a CD can actually open.

One engine, three doors

Same site. Three ways a buyer arrives. You pick the door we build first.

Door 1 · Domain you already own

Move In

krisdsha.com already resolves. The page a CD opens should lead with the starring run — not a generic starter splash.

Draft — "Move In" Own the URL you already registered. Make the first click yours. See it live →
Door 2 · Credits airing now

The Starring Run

Psycho Roommate and The Laundry Room Stalker are both free on Tubi. The homepage should treat that like a career, not a buried credit line.

Draft — "The Starring Run" Lead + featured star, billed like they matter. See it live →
Door 3 · Casting office

The Call Sheet

One page a CD can scan in thirty seconds: market, recent leads, and a reel slot — without bouncing off a placeholder domain.

Draft — "The Call Sheet" The one-sheet that should already live at your .com. See it live →

When you say yes — exactly what happens

The Visibility Service — ongoing, cancel any month

$300/mo

What a publicist's retainer starts at $3,000 a month for, scoped to what actually moves bookings:

Every month: the knowledge-panel campaign advanced; your newest credits wired into the site and profiles the week they land; AI-assistant answer checks logged and corrected.

Every season: the opportunity map refreshed — casting and 1st-AD calls in your lane — delivered as a one-page brief.

And a one-page scorecard each month. You'll never wonder what you're paying for.

Distribution — optional add-on

$200/mo · month-to-month

Premiere stills and set photos formatted natively for each channel you already use. No ad spend. Your work is the advertising.

Your first quarter, all-in: $2,400. A couple of booked days, or one 1st-AD inquiry that currently dies in a 404, covers it — and everything it builds stays yours.
Rather talk to a human first? Good instinct.

We wouldn't send $500 to strangers off one web page either. Take the smaller step: 30 minutes with Craig, video or phone, no pitch beyond what's on this page. Pick any open slot — or email twe@nibiashara.biz / call (945) 408-3226; it's answered in Dallas.

You already put the URL on your résumé. The missing piece is a front door that actually opens.
